Eszter joined the Tom Lantos Institute as Grants Manager, where she is responsible for proposal development, project monitoring, and supporting compliance with donor requirements.
Before joining the Institute, she worked at the Hungarian Interchurch Aid as Project Manager, Senior Project Manager and Team Leader, coordinating international development and humanitarian programs, and contributing to program design, audit-related reporting, and project monitoring. Earlier, she served as Managing Coordinator of the Taita Foundation for Children in Africa, where she continues to be involved as a volunteer. Prior to her work in the civil sector, she worked as Regulatory Manager at a pharmaceutical company, supporting international regulatory processes and cooperation with authorities. She also worked in the food research sector on national and international food safety programs.
She holds an MA degree in International Public Service, specializing in Security Studies, from the National University of Public Service, and a Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics and Management from Szent István University.
She speaks English, Hungarian and studies Spanish.
